The TDS meter came in a leather holster with a belt-click, and was precalibrated to 342ppm. The temperature reading is in degrees Celsius which is absolutely perfect. The pH came in a plastic carrying box, along with instructions for usage and calibration, a flathead screwdriver to adjust the pH meter, and 2 packets of acidic calibration powder. The meter was pretty accurate out of the box. I am curious when will I need to recalibrate but according to some other people's reviews it might take a while which is awesome.
The device has a nice large and easily readable LCD display.
The product definitely comes at a great price in comparison with similar products from other brands.
I have used this to check on our purified drinking water so cannot speak to checking ie swimming pool or aquarium water but would imagine it works just as well :)
