Western Family Organic Yogurt

Love love love this yogurt. I quite like it's not 0% fat crap like a lot of stuff on the market, this is actually done with whole milk. You get 1.57kg for around $10 which is reasonable for organic yogurt. I chose the plain variety, and it tastes delicious. My little ones enjoy it too. For a special treat I add a few fresh fruit or a bit of home made jam/marmalade.

Definitely recommend this one. I am a fan of Western Family products overall, and this one doesn't disappoint.

Innovitehealth Adult daily probiotics

These probiotics are super easy to use and you can tell the difference after only few days of use.  I feel like my gut is finally improving, I used to feel kinda yucky at least a few days a week and since I started taking these I get that feeling less and less. My tummy feels a lot happier even if I slip up and eat something not exactly healthy.
